Commercial License
You may use the designs to create products to sell, however, restrictions are as follows:
- Only physical products (signs, vinyl lettering, t-shirts, greeting cards, etc.) may be sold or distributed using the design.
- You may not resell, distribute, or transfer these digital files to anyone. If you have any questions, please ask!
- You may use the design images on your website or online store, however a watermark must be used or images must be displayed at a low quality to prevent the designs from being traced.
- These files may NOT be digitized for embroidery UNLESS the final product being sold is a PHYSICAL embroidered product. Digital embroidery files may not be sold commercially.
- Uploading to print on demand websites (Zazzle, Redbubble, Cafepress, etc.) is prohibited.
- The buyer may not at anytime claim these files as their own artwork, resell these files or distribute any files included in this purchase.
- You cannot share any files, even as a freebie.
- A Commercial License does not transfer the copyright. All copyrights remain with DigitalistDesigns. Designs can not be claimed as your own design, but you do not have to give credit.
- This license is non-transferable. It can not be transferred/given to anyone else.
- You may not upload our products to any file sharing websites for any purpose.
- You may not use these designs for any harmful, pornographic, racial or offensive material.
Personal License
You are authorized to:
- Use these designs in part or in whole for your personal projects.
- Alter design elements, re-size, subtract and add them to design your own personal projects.
You are NOT authorized to:
- Share, copy, resell, distribute our designs in its original digital format AS IS or ALTERED in any way (digitized embroidery designs are also not allowed).
- Alter, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from our designs for the purpose of resale or distribution in any format.
- Use the products to produce vinyl decor designs or other cuttable/printable products for resale or distribution.
- Print the designs for sale or distribution via internet, retail locations or any other venue.
- Use the design to produce items for commercial use and re-sale on Etsy, Ebay, or any other retail outlet.
- Use them on website pages without protecting the image from being copied.
